YOGA

Yoga is a style of training to help your natural ability to stretch your body and calm your mind. If you want to work on the physical or become more flexible, by offering different intensity options you can achieve your desired goal each class. Chasingbetter has a team of highly experienced yoga instructors. Some classes are more vinyasa based, others are slower and more yin based. Props like yoga blocks and bolster can be used.

SPIN

Freestyle Cycle combines high intensity cardio and strength training on a bike with rhythm based choreography. Classes vary from sprints and races to endurance and climbing, all to the background of a great mix of music. Every ride is different as it challenges to push past barriers with motivating music helping you along.
