Quick Start Guide


The base membership cost is $9.95 per week.

This allows you 24 seven access to our gym floor.

We have a huge stock of machines to eliminate wait times.

No signup fees.

No lock in contracts.

No swipe card fees – we use your fingerprint.

Your membership is fortnightly at $19.90. There is a small surcharge of either $0.88 cents per bank transaction or $0.33 cents + 1.87% on Visa and Mastercard through PayRix for the secure payment. We don’t take that fee, this comes from the payment provider PayRix.

You can sign up online by clicking here. Just pop in to the club with your ID when you are ready to start. We will then scan your fingerprint ready for immediate access!

Or you can sign up by visiting our club during our staffed hours.   

Under 18’s must bring a parent or guardian into the club with their ID to activate their membership and the parent or guardian must sign a Guarantor form. 

What happens to my EARLY BIRD (all inclusive) membership after the first 3 months? 

Your membership will stay exactly the same price at $9.95. You will have access to gym floor and cardio machines. From there you can add any other inclusions to your membership.

No, there is plenty of parking right in front of our clubs.

You sure can! A guest pass is $15. A guest past can only be purchased during staffed hours.  But at the low price of $9.95 and no lock in contracts or hidden extras why not join up! 

If after you use your guest pass you decide to join our club we will immediately credit the guest pass amount to your membership (only at that same visit).

Yes, you will be able to book by the Member Login Page or the ChasingBetter 247 app. If you would like to attend a casual class please phone or email us to book. For a casual booking please pay at Reception.

If you cannot make a class please cancel your booking asap.

Yes. When you want recovery you want it now right! Rather than wait or squash you in we have a booking system. You can book via the app or our Members Login Page  . You find our recovery services under Facilities if you have these services added to your membership. Saunas are booked for 45 minutes on each hour from 7am to last session at 6pm on weekdays. On weekends the first bookings are 8am and the last bookings at 3pm. 

Our recovery room is booked every 30 minutes from 7am to last session at 6:30pm on weekdays and 8am to last session 3:30pm on weekends.

Our ice bath is booked every 10 minutes during staffed hours. 

You will need to bring two big towels to use our Saunas and Ice Bath. For our recovery room you will need to shower after your workout and wear clean socks with long sleeved t-shirt and long pants.

We cater from babies from 6 weeks and up to 14 years of age. 

We do have a booking system. Bookings are maximum 90 minutes in duration at set times. Our Kids Hub is run by professional child care Managers. We want to ensure your child/children have the best experience possible when you attend our Club. By offering a booking system we can ensure we have the correct number of staff on to help care for your precious family.

Saturday: 7:45am & 9:30am (90 min)

We know at $9.95 per week and with such affordable add-ons all students can afford to join our club.

We offer fee-free suspensions for FIFO workers. 7 days notice is required and proof of your roster. FIFO suspensions can be booked 3 months in advance. Simply fill out a FIFO Suspension Form at reception.

Yes. If you refer a friend to ChasingBetter you will receive a $10 voucher to our delicious in club café. Serving delicious Locale barista made coffee, protein shakes, banana breads, quick macro meals and more!

Gone are the days of swipe cards here and their associated fees. We use state of the art fingerprint scanning so there’s no cost for your swipe card or fob at our club. No lending of swipe cards or fobs so only our CB247 community members can access our club. Plus you can’t lose your finger!

ChasingBetter247 use PayRix to debit your membership payments. These will appear as PayRix on your debit card or credit card statements.

If a payment is failed we will re-debit including a failed payment fee as per our membership contract.

At ChasingBetter247 there are no lock in contracts however as we debit fortnightly we need you to provide 14 days written notice by filling out a Cancellation Form at our reception to cancel your membership.

No. We offer a build your own membership the base price is $9.95 per week and you can choose to add on the extras to suit yourself.

If your membership debit fails we will re-debit including a failed payment fee as per your membership contract. 

You must be at least 14 years of age to join our gym. If you are under the age of 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian to become a member and that parent or guardian will be responsible for your membership agreement.

Minors ages 14-15 years (inclusive) may only use the facility with their parent or guardian during staffed hours.

Minors aged 16-17 years (inclusive) are permitted to access the club 24/7.

Please note: we do not allow school uniforms to be worn in our clubs.

Yes, you can pay for a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month membership upfront and pay at Reception.

Please contact us at least three business days prior to your debit date if you think your debit may bounce to ensure you do not incur a failed payment fee. We are always happy to help.

We will contact you to let you know if your payment bounces. 

If you accrue more than three rejected membership fees your membership will be cancelled and this will be passed on to a debt collector for them to recover. In the future this may affect your ability to apply for credit. Please contact us to discuss if you believe you will not have enough funds for your upcoming payment, we are always happy to help.

We hate to see you leave! But to cancel your membership you simply need to fill out a cancellation form at our club during staffed hours and give us 14 days notice - there are no charges to cancel your membership. 

We will welcome you back at any time!

Yes. You will need to visit the club during staffed hours to fill out a suspension form. Please note that 14 days’ notice is required to suspend your membership unless a Doctor’s certificate is shown.

All payments scheduled within the 14 day period will still occur from the date of the request received by the club during staffed hours. 

Suspensions are a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 3 months even for injury unless a Doctor’s certificate is shown.

Payments will automatically resume once suspension period is over, without notice from the club or billing provider. Please track your suspension dates.

You will need to visit the club during staffed hours to restart your membership.

Absolutely. Nothing is a better incentive than working out with a friend! All they need is to purchase a casual pass and fill out the casual waiver at reception during our staffed hours. Or better yet get them to join and you each receive a $10 voucher for use at our café.

Simply login in to the Member Login Page from the home page of our website. Under “account” then “payment settings” you can delete and update your current payment method.

Your membership payment occurs on a weekly (early bird’s at new clubs) or  fortnightly processing on the same day of period. 

If your membership is scheduled to restart during the upcoming period, you will be charged a pro-rata membership payment on the usual scheduled debit day. 

No. Our system does not currently allow for this change.

If your direct debit payment fails your access to the club will be blocked until your payments are caught up. Please contact us if you think your upcoming payment may bounce or you need to catch up with your declined payments.

Yes. Our personal trainers are some of the best in Perth. Our personal trainers can be booked here.
